Schreibe einen positive Rezension über das Hotel Rondo in Maspalomas
Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Hotel Rondo in Maspalomas zu übernachten und muss sagen, dass ich begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt war. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, mit großen Zimmern, die sehr sauber und komfortabel sind. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich um alle meine Bedürfnisse gekümmert.
Ein besonderes Highlight war das hervorragende Frühstück, das jeden Tag frisch zubereitet wurde und eine große Auswahl an heißen und kalten Speisen bot. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet und hatte eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage, nur 12Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe zahlreicher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es gibt auch einen schönen Poolbereich, in dem man sich entspannen und die Sonne genießen kann.

Nous avons séjourner 21 jours, la chambre suite junior: un petit salon ensuite la chambre salle de bain wc , un petit frigo à disposition, un jolie petit balcon vue sur la piscine, seule bémol le lit, matelas sale pleins de taches, et quand on dors le lit ce sépare, nous avons deux bébé du coup les lits parapluie étais placé à notre arrivée faudrais penser à les changer il ont fais leurs temps, une chose positive les femmes de ménage passe tout les jours « très gentil », il y’a deux ascenseur qui fonctionne pas eu de soucis, mais fond un peux peur a rafraîchir. Nous avons pris tout compris, le restaurant ça va pourtant je suis difficile il y’a du choix seul bémol souvent la même chose, le bar, très bien dommage que le café de la machine et payant, du coup ils servent que le café d’un distributeur qui et compris, piscine magnifique il y’en n’a une grande et une petite, l’accueil en général bien s’en plus le patron ne demande jamais si tout ce passe bien dommage, hôtel très bien situé.

We booked HL Rondo hotel as a last minute holiday for our family this summer from 2nd aug-8th aug2022
After booking all inclusive I was a little concerned when reading some of the reviews, however, on arrival we were met with a extremely friendly staff team, spacious and clean rooms and warm food.
Our entire stay remained the same!! The staff are more than helpful, the food was nice and the room were clean!
We ventured over to the sister hotel on a couple of evenings to watch the entertainment and again we couldn’t have been asked for more. Polite friendly staff and good music! On other evenings we took a short walk to the two main shopping centres which are full of different restaurants and entertainment.
Considering we booked this very last minute and the price for all inclusive was very fair, we really couldn’t have asked for more.
Thanks HL Rondo!! We will definitely stay with you again if we return to playa del ingles!

Mi estancia ha sido de una semana ya verdad que excelente tanto la atención por .personal de Recepción en especial la de Yerai, el servicio de restaurante fue muy bueno y con mucha variedad, la animación del Miraflores estupenda, el servicio de camarera de pisos muy profesional siempre me dejó la habitación muy limpia. Lo único que extrañe.gue la cesta de frutas y cava no estaban en la hab. Pero tenéis un personal muy amable y atento. Y en el restaurante y bares todos muy amables y cordiales

Das Personal immer gut gelaunt,hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Das trifft auf alle zu, vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Chef.
Das Essen super. Große Auswahl, gute Qualität und sehr abwechslungsreich.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Meer aber ein Bus fährt dorthin,
für junge Leute auch zu Fuß kein Problem. Wir sind mit Taxi gefahren,problemlos und günstig.

El único " pero" es que está a un paseo de la playa ( más o menos 15 min), aunque el hotel proporciona un autobús gratuito con 2 horas diferentes para bajar- subir de la playa y si no, en taxi creo que no llega a 3€ el viaje.
Muy recomendable y precio muy competitivo.

Evening entertainment (Miraflore apartments opposite) needs improving and to be more frequent. Miraflore evening bar service painfully slow at times. Overall, a nice hotel and one I will stay at again.

Wir sind schon seit 18 Jahren immer für drei Wochen zu Gast im Rondo. Das alleine sagt schon aus, dass wir sehr zufrieden sind.
Es gibt für uns nicht Negatives zu berichten; Essen ist sehr gut, die Reinigung ist sehr gut, der Service ist sehr gut, die Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal ist sehr gut und nicht zu vergessen sei die gute Lage des Hotels. Solange wir gesund bleiben, werden wir die nächsten Jahre auch weiterhin unseren Urlaub auf Gran Canaria im Rondo verbringen.

Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das kostenpflichtige Internet, bei einem 4 Sterne-Hotel sollte es kostenfrei im ganzen Hotel zur Verfügung stehen

Het enige nadeel is lawaai van de drukke wegen naast het hotel en soms van muziek uit andere hotels; overigens is dat alleen hinderlijk als je op het balkon zit en overdag. ' s Nachts is het stil in de kamers. Veel echtparen komen er al jaren. Vooral Nederlandse en Duitse 65+ers (80 procent) en enkele homoparen.
Wij hebben er heerlijk 18 dagen eind januari 2020 gezeten met temperaturen van 20-30 graden . Het zwembad was eigenlijk te koud met 17 graden.
Prima hotel! Wil je rust dan kies je voor een huisje aan de overkant bij Miraflor, ook dat hoort bij Rondo; je eet bij Rondo bijv. en daar is ook je receptie. Voor zowel zwembad als buffet kan je zelf kiezen tussen Rondo en Miraflor. Auto huren bij Sunny op 4 minuten is zeer betrouwbaar, maar wel van te voren regelen.

First two times were great but this third time was amazing.
We were here for 9 days with our kids aged 11 and 5.
We were wonderfully surprised to discover that we were given an upgraded room and with some ice cold bubbly and a bottle of red wine plus a very nice box of chocolate candies.
I believe this was due to the fact that this was our third stay here.
As expected, we felt great and the kids even better. Atmosphere relaxed, smiles everywhere.
Rooms spotless, swimming pool areas the same.
Even in the 2 days a week when there was no cleaning service available, the maids asked us if we need clean bathroom towels.
Dining area very well looked after and waiters were paying attention to collect the emptied plates from your table in order for us to get the next plate.
Food was of a great choice, and even some items were available daily I did not feel anything like repetitiveness, as there was a lot of choice. Kids always found something to enjoy, besides the deserts.

Not really hygienic. And at the breakfast people who smoke sit on the terrace outside but all the smoke comes in the restaurant by the wind. Very dirty when you just come out of bed freshly washed and fit. Forbid the smoking during breakfast on the outside terrace of rondo. People can smoke on their balcony. The last thing is the whole breads at breakfast. Slice them in advance. It’s unhygienic how its done now. Everybody touching the bread and a serviet does no good to the Fact

Meine Frau und Ich waren letztes Jahr vom 22.06. bis 06.07. zum zweiten Male dort mit AI im Appartement !! Kurzfassung : Es war wieder super !! Liebe Grüße an das komplette Personal vom Chef (Herzlichen Glückwunsch nachträglich zur Geburt )bis zur Senora de Limpieza !! Ihr wart alle toll !! Insbesondere mein großer Koch (Luchar de Canario !) Ti An von der Poolbar mit der netten kleinen Kollegin,Stefan von der Rezeption und besonders meinem liebgewonnenen Freund Jesus und seiner Frau !!! the only problems we had was actually booking a family of five on the website so the problems had to be sorted out once we actually got to the hotel. i had to spend the first night in a single bed with my 6 year old due to the issue and had no sleep the first night but it all got sorted out and by the next day we were given a bigger room.the pool was great for kids, good kids disco every night, great dining , good snacks , all good, keep up the good work guys xx

Me alojé en el hotel en mayo, estuve 2 semanas con un amigo. El personal fue muy amable y la mayoría hablaba español, inglés y alemán perfectamente. Recomiendo el "todo incluido", la comida fue muy buena y variada todos los días que comimos.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. Es un hotel muy acogedor y muy recomendable.
